How to port into fizz AFTER i already activated the new plan ,
i have a temporary number at fizz, which i dont want to use anymore. and want to port another number into fizz from public mobile.
i cant find anything about it inside portal.
please advise.
i have been live chat with support for 20 minutes, and no solution. he always gave me the page to activate and transfer at the same time. which is NOT what im doing now.
please advise

You cannot, you need to create a new plan only in this way you can port your number

Unfortuanately, this is not possible. You would have to create a new plan at the conditions currently being offered, port your number into the new plan as you create it, and then cancel the existing plan.
You can do this in your existing account, accounts can hold multiple plans (if only temporarily in your case).0 -
wow, this is stupid not have this feature. which all provider do.... and created new plan doesnt have my current plan either. which is promotion.

I'm sorry to hear you encountered difficulties.
If the number is temporary and you no longer wish to use it, please note that you can unsubscribe within the first 15 days of your trial period to cancel immediately and receive a refund. You can find more information about this process here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe
After unsubscribing, you can activate a new SIM card, whether eSIM or physical SIM, by going to My Plans > Add a Mobile Plan and selecting Transfer my number.
Please note that the transfer process differs slightly when using an eSIM. After choosing the eSIM and completing the transfer, you'll need to scan the QR code and start the transfer process.
If you opt for a physical SIM, simply insert the SIM card after you activate it by transfer.
