phone number transfer to fizz since 2 days now no koodo questions received

HI,
i started since two days now the transfer of phone number from koodo to Fizz. i fulfilled all the transfer procedure very well via fizz network. so i want to know what is happenned with? can you check it i come me back.

    Did you receive an SMS from your previous provider and confirmed the transfer?

    Check to see if you did all of the steps. Specifically the one in section 3 "Starting the transfer".

    I’m sorry to hear about this.

    I have checked your account and noticed that you attempted the transfer with an eSIM. Please note that in order to proceed, you need to install and activate the eSIM first, then start the transfer process.
    To install the eSIM, please scan the QR code available at My Plans > Manage Plan > Install eSIM. After installing, click on "Start Transfer." You will then receive a text message to confirm the transfer. For more details, you can refer here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/install-and-activate-esim
