I know many users have already asked for this feature, but I truly hope to see the day it becomes available. If Fizz were to offer this option, they could stand out as the only company combining the best phone plans with such an accommodation, something that would definitely boost their popularity.

Personally, I’m in that situation, and it would be very disappointing to have to leave Fizz after five years just because a smartwatch option isn’t available.

Someone said that was able to use the SIM in a tablet, probably it will work in the smartwatchers too, but yes you need to have a data plan with 1Gb which probably it will be around 11$

What you want is choosing a different carrier as described in section 7 of the above document. Apple has a list of supported carriers for its watch and Fizz isn't currently on it. However, Vidéotron is, and Fizz SIMs do identify with same network codes as Vidéotron SIMs do. So, depending on Apple's implementation, getting a standard Fizz plan on an eSim and selecting Vidéotron as the carrier when registering it on the watch may work or it may not. Someone would have to try and report back to the forum. Fizz plans can be cancelled at any time. So, worst case, an unsuccessful attempt costs the dollars for one month of Fizz service wasted. Less so, if you make use of Fizz' free cancellation offer for new customers in case it doesn't work.
Be aware though, that even if it does work for data, it may not work for making or receiving calls directly from the watch. As making and receiving calls adds the extra complexity of getting the VoLTE setup right.
