Can't update username in forum

@Whizz I'm trying to update my forum username to add my referral code but it's not letting me.![](https://us.v-cdn.net/6032561/uploads/editor/kd/dfse44141ind.jpg "")

It appears the fields are not clickable. I've tried clearing cache on my mobile, and also tried on my tablet. Any ideas?
