TV transmission is not stable

Since two weeks, TV transmission has been really messy. The image is often frozen, a lot of tiks, skips, still, and a lot of error messages with "Try again". and suddenly the image is gone and back to the main page. What's going on now? Why all these problems happen?

    Hello, you seem to have a signal problem either between the source and the modem or with the modem itself.

    Unplug the modem from the electricity for 30 seconds. If the issue persists, clear the application's cache. Still not better, uninstall the application and reinstall it.

    Install the Fizz Wifi app to run a diagnostic. You can also ask support to check your signal.

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    Please proceed with the following steps : 

    - Confirm device region is set to Canada.

     - Update the Fizz TV app.

     - Reinstall the app if freezing persists.

     - Restart the device.

    On  the last note , a factory reset of your TV might help resolve underlying issues ( if you have only issues with the Fizz TV app, you could ignore this step ).
