Discovery promotion not activated?

Hello, excited to have joined because of the Discovery promotion! So I signed up in the evening of September 2nd on the last day of the promotion, thinking it would be applied to my account once my esim was activated, since I read a few other answers on the forum. However, currently my plan has the normal price applied to it and not the discount.

I've also opened a ticket on this matter, but am wondering if there's anything else I can do? I'd really love for any help on this, as the promotion was the deciding point for my signing up for Fizz!
