How to close a ticket

I have a Pending ticket that have been answered from almost a year ago... How do you close it?

    You cannot, you can reply to it asking to be closed
    Or a @Whizz can do it for you

    You have to go on the customer service chat and ask the person to close it. Make sure to have the ticket number available
