Ticket timeline.

I have an open ticket from 3 days and I opened an other ticket as well.
How long does a ticket take to resolve.
I asked the customer support they said they don’t have a specific timeline it seems.

My amount got debited twice this month when I tried to change plan. Once from referral balance and once from my credit card.

How long it takes. 🤔🤔

    This depends on the complexity, only the support can estimate the time needed it

    It is not always the same. During summer it was more longer. You can verify from time to time if it is too long
