My chat didn't end and now I can't seem to reach Fizz chat support

Hi, yesterday I talked to agent but the chat didn't end and I can't seem to talk to another representative today. What can I do?

    Yes that happen to me too, I posted a new question and after sometime I got an answer but I believe it was after 20 mins
