Add in badge

My add on badge won’t activate after months of buying it

Sometimes the badges get stuck, and the only way to unlock them is to contact support. https://fizz.ca/en/support
Or you can even open a ticket from your account My Settings-> Obtaining satisfaction1 -

Hello DAK ,
I verified your account and it appears that you purchased calls add-ons to other countries, but not travel add-ons - as that badge is unlocked specifically under that action.
If you ever go to the USA for example, be sure to purchase a travel add-on via My plans - Manage - Travel : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-travelling-outside-my-coverage-zone-what-are-my-roaming-options to also unlock the add-on.
