iPhone RCS issues from Rogers to Fizz
Hey everyone,
I contacted support on behalf of a family member who recently switched from Rogers to Fizz. They mentioned that they do not currently support RCS with iPhone.
Since the change, they’ve been having issues with group chats: specifically, they’re no longer receiving messages in groups that include Android users.
My guess is that replies are still being sent to their old RCS address instead of their phone number.
Has anyone here found a way to fix this without having to ask every group to remove and re-add them?

Has your family member tried disabling and then re-enabling rcs on their phone?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
Please note that the RCS messaging between iOS and Android users is not available at Fizz for the moment. ( iOS is still a work in progress to incorporate also ).

On the last note the RCS service is offered by Google.
To report a problem or comment on the service, you must therefore use the corresponding form in the Google Messages app.Here’s how:
Access the Menu.
Tap on Help and Comments.
Tap on Send Comments.
