Can i use my galaxy a20 on fizz network? I see no option to make it volte compatible in my settings

I don't know that they'll be able to help, but you could chat with FIZZ technical support to see if a work around is possible.

The only way to confirm if a phone bought elsewhere is VoLTE-compatible at Fizz is to do the #TEST (#8378).
If you hear confirmation that your call was made over the LTE network, you’re all set.
If you hear a different message or the call doesn’t go through, your call couldn’t use VoLTE.
Please make sure that you are using a Volte compatible SIM card and the Volte function is activated.
