Data is impossible

Hi,

The system doesn't recognize the person in my gifting page despite it is in my friend's list.

I tried as well by number, by email and same error:

This person cannot be found

or sometimes it shows

Sorry, the connection cannot be completed.

Tried using Chrome and Firefox, no result.

    Ask him to check

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    There are a few requirements that must pass in order for you and him to gift and receive data.
    The most important is the one that he must have data included in the plan, and that he is not in the last days of his payment cycle.
