Missing the 1st Trip Badge

I purchased an add-on last month. I figured I needed to wait till it expired from my account, but still no 1st trip badge. I tried using the chat to get to a customer service rep but literally nobody responded for an hour despite during their online hours. Any suggestions? Thanks

    sometimes the badge are slow to be recognized, your best option is to contact the support https://fizz.ca/en/support they will unlock it in minutes
    Since you did'nt get a response
    Go to your account and open a ticket My Settings -> Obtaining satisfaction

    It appears that you managed to reach our customer service and the agent created a ticket for you, to which you received a reply that the situation was resolved two days ago.

    To check the badge, go to your account in My plans - My benefizz and check the badge section.
