sometimes the badge are slow to be recognized, your best option is to contact the support https://fizz.ca/en/support they will unlock it in minutes

Go to your account and open a ticket My Settings -> Obtaining satisfaction0 -

It appears that you managed to reach our customer service and the agent created a ticket for you, to which you received a reply that the situation was resolved two days ago.
To check the badge, go to your account in My plans - My benefizz and check the badge section.
