I can’t find my delivery number in the order history, so I can’t track the delivery

Thank you for your questions.
We do not have tracking numbers for SIM card orders. 
Delivery takes 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.).
