Any Answers Yet why so many of us cant receive incoming calls Vancouver BC

This Is going to be Very Bad For Fizz. I have gone through all the tech procedures in then out of Airplane mode, Reset Network Settings, Power Of and Reset the phone, Still No incoming Calls from non fizz users For at least 3 days Same with My Mothers phone that I setup on Fizz. I have supported Fizz with excellent reviews on Trust Pilot and setup 4 accounts with family members .Until recently its been pretty stable. So whats going on now. is it time to move on from Fizz ?
