Hello wahaha,
I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you're experiencing.
I suggest your trying to restart your phone and reset your network settings.
If that does not solve the issue, I recommend reaching us to our customer support for additional information with specific phone numbers you have tested since that cannot be shared here.

Please solve it as soon as possible and hope to compensate users."Then, while at home for example, make a call by dialling #TEST (#8378) from your phone and listen to the voicemail.
If you hear confirmation that your call was made over the LTE network, you’re all set.
If you hear a different message or the call doesn’t go through, your call couldn’t use VoLTE."

If it were a problem with VoLTE, calls would not work at all. Many people reported independently though that incoming calls from Fizz numbers do work as do all outgoing calls.

It should be apparent by now that this is a system problem, affecting at least western Canada. Not a problem where user”s phones suddenly no longer with VoLTE. It would be beneficial to have a true status update and eta on the fix from Fizz. Like others, I have medical phone appointments next week, and my dad has been in hospital for a week now and family friends and his doctor cannot reach me.0
