Why I cannot receive call from others? But can call out.

Start from yesterday I cannot receive any call from others except Fizz users. I tried my work mobile, buzz, and other friends call me, I cannot receive it. Up to now, it still cannot work.

    I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you're experiencing.
    I suggest your trying to restart your phone and reset your network settings.
    If that does not solve the issue, I recommend reaching us to our customer support for additional information with specific phone numbers you have tested since that cannot be shared here.

    "Then, while at home for example, make a call by dialling #TEST (#8378) from your phone and listen to the voicemail.

    If you hear confirmation that your call was made over the LTE network, you’re all set.

    If you hear a different message or the call doesn’t go through, your call couldn’t use VoLTE."

    Please contact Fizz support. Also make sure your device is VOLTE compatible.

    I have had the same thing. I contacted customer support, and have a ticket in the works to get fixed. I am guessing this is a whole system issue and not just me. This is a joke, and if I wasn't paying for a phone as well I would leave and go back to TELUS right now. Not even a month in, and already issues.
