How do I get phone to receive incoming calls?

My cellphone will not receive incoming calls from my husband's cellphone (which uses Koodo), although it seems to receive calls from our landline. My husband's phone gets a server error message. Something similar happens with calls from other cellphones.

    I am sorry to hear about your situation.
    I have verified your account, and I can confirm that your plan is currently deactivated. In order for us to assist you further and create a support ticket if needed, your plan needs to be active.

    Please try to re-activate your plan. Starting from August 16th, if the Reactivate button is visible in your account, you can reactivate the plan by going to My Plans > Reactivate button. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the reactivation process.
