How do I get phone to receive incoming calls?

I have verified your account, and I can confirm that your plan is currently deactivated. In order for us to assist you further and create a support ticket if needed, your plan needs to be active.
Please try to re-activate your plan. Starting from August 16th, if the Reactivate button is visible in your account, you can reactivate the plan by going to My Plans > Reactivate button. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the reactivation process.
