Hi Mike, thanks for your help
.
I'm starting a new remote job, and from what I've read, I think the new router (Wi-Fi 6) will be perfect for me. I have the option of switching provider and going with E-b.o.x or Videotron if I have no luck getting the new router, even though I liked Fizz.
is there any solution?0 -

Hello @AdelS ,
Since we're working with limited inventory, we're rolling out the new Wi-Fi modem gradually. Inventory availability dictates the pace, and at this point we have no details as to when this new modem model might be available to our existing members. Rest assured, however, that the modem you currently have is not obsolete. It's fully functional and capable of meeting your needs, and you'll benefit from the same support and updates.
We'll get to that in the near future, but as stocks are limited, this new equipment is being rolled out gradually, and members who already have a Fizz Wi-Fi modem aren't part of the first waves.
I kindly invite you to contact us by chat in order to check your modem signals and help you further :https://fizz.ca/en/support
We really appreciate your kind understanding.
Have a great day!
