Daily 10-Minute Network Outage

Hello,
For the past week, our network has been disconnecting every day between 11 AM and 12 PM EST for about 10 minutes before coming back online. This has never happened before, and it’s becoming quite frustrating. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Thanks in advance.

    Thank you for letting us know about this.

    I made the necessary verifications in our tools and I can see that your internet signals are not optimal.

    I recommend disconnecting the coaxial cable in order to make sure that you connect it back tightly. Also, please check if the coaxial cable is damaged in any way, as this can affect your connection. After you reconnect the coaxial cable, restart your modem by unplugging the power cord for a few seconds.

    If this doesn't fix the issue, you can try connecting your modem to another coaxial outlet. That if you have another one available in the house.
