Only getting around 150 download on test.
Wifi near the modem using fizz app and speed test.

    Hello emrezende,

    I am sorry to hear you have this issue. 
    I’ve verified your account and confirmed that your modem is online. There are some signals outside the normal parameters, but they are not severe enough to significantly impact your service.

    Please check that all cables are properly connected and securely screwed in. I recommend restarting your modem by unplugging it for about 10 seconds, then plugging it back in.     Additionally, kindly turn on your Wi-Fi and test your internet speed using the Fizz app to get an accurate measurement of your connection.  To start troubleshooting follow these instructions:

    ►Stand next to your Modem
    ►Open the Fizz Wi-Fi application and tap the 3 dots in the top right to open the application menu
    ►Tap “Fizz support”
    ►Tap “Tools and support”

    Follow the prompts and accept all permissions until you reach the feature screen then click on Network Scan. Allow the 2 minutes Scan to complete (do NOT minimize the application). Once the scan is complete, you can reach back to our customer support agents by clicking on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/support
    They will then be able to review the scan details and pinpoint exactly what is causing your Wi-Fi issue and get it resolved for you as soon as possible.
