Anybody else's LTE data gotten very slow and unstable in the last months, in smaller cities around the nation's capital? It used to be much better before the 3g drop but my phone support LTE fine, so it's your LTE service in certain regions that is awful, come in the same region with other companies and have no problem with their data, I'm starting to feel robbed... And how can fizz have such bad data (most times max 300 kB/s)! And in regions where there is high speed internet?

    Hello Jeado,
Really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been having.
If you haven’t already, a few quick things you could try that sometimes help in cases like this:
Toggle Airplane Mode for about 30 seconds to refresh your network connection.
Manually select Fizz EXT (in network settings) if the signal from the main Fizz network seems weak in your area.
If possible, test your SIM in another phone to rule out a device-specific issue.
Make sure your APN settings are still up to date.
If the issue persists after the manipulations offered feel free to reach us at https://fizz.ca/en/support
    Have a nice day.

    Hi @Jeado
Probably this is caused by the vacation period and that the tower is not capable to support the high demand

    Good morning @Jeado

Try to cycle your cell connection on and off with airplane mode and see if that works.
    Cheers,
    Brad

As the above said, try turning on airplane mode, waiting a couple seconds and then turning it back on. That will connect you to the nearest cell tower. Then maybe your signal will improve.

Yes, in some areas the signal is bad so it will result a slow connection. 😞

The places where the signal is not good, reported to Fizz and they will check.

Some phones are more finicky about reception.
