Been a member for 8 months. But still don't have the Dinosaur badge for 1 month

Hello Fizz Fam,
I have been a member for 8 months. Yet, I don't have the dinosaur badge for 1 month, not the 6 months badge.
I don't understand why I don't have them after 8 months.

This seems to be a common issue. I reached 2 months and also didn’t get the first month badge. Contact Fizz support in your account and they will unlock both badges for you
