SIM Card has not arrived - Options?
I am prepared to pick it up from a Point of Sale/Participating store but my question is how to I go about getting a refund for the SIM I ordered?

Usually Fizz will refund you after having activated the plan, contacting the support https://fizz.ca/en/support

Check if you payment did actually go through. If it did, only Fizz support can help.

Hi there. Contact Fizz support about this and I’m sure they’ll give you a refund. After that you can activate a free E-SIM or go to one of their partner stores and get a physical SIM
