I Cant access my Fizz account, after verified email .

yesterday after verified the email for fizz acount , i couldnt able to get to my account page , 
just only this fizz account got that problem , i tried login by different devices , its still the same .
so i make another new acount just to see if it have same issue , the new account was fine , nothing wrong with the new one , i do need help with this issue , because i just paid for my plan , but now i cant access to my account
