Why did I not get points after being with Fizz for 1 month.

There is a badge for being with Fizz for 1 month that gives 25 points. I have been with Fizz for 2 MONTHS now but still it is grayed and doesn’t show the green thing to let me know it’s completed. It still just says let the good times roll. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Sometimes the badges are not given right away, sometime are stuck. You need to contact the support to have a ticket open or you can open yourselfTo contact the support https://fizz.ca/en/support
Top open a ticket, from your account My Settings -> Obtaining satisfaction1 -

Check also for your next Dynosaure badge after 6 months. Then if you don’t receive your 100 points, open a ticket too.

Verifying your account I can see that the Dinosaur badge was not received and I have created a ticket for the technical team to fix it.
Once an answer is provided by them you will be informed by email.
