no voicemail but wallet charged for unanswered call

Hi, I have a data-only plan; no minutes, text, or voicemail.

I see two calls charged to my wallet with Fizz voicemail as the destination number. Those charges happened after I received a call that I did not answer. There are other times where I receive a call that I do not answer but in those instances my wallet does not get charged so why were those two calls charged to my wallet? And why would a call go to voicemail when I don't have voicemail enabled in my plan? Does anyone else have experience with this?

    This is very strange, if you don't have the voicemail, why you will be charged? This is an error, contact the support

    The pictures you attached state those charges are for outgoing calls, not an unanswered incoming call.
