5610Q in bridge mode
I set up my 5610Q in bridge mode last week, and it worked fine.
Today, the modem was unplugged, and now I'm unable to get it into bridge mode again.
I set up the SSID and password, and then went to 192.168.0.1 to disable the Residential Gateway Function. It reboots.
But after it reboots, it takes me back to setting up the SSID and password.
I'm in an infinite loop.
What am I missing?

Hello @Ciaci ,
I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you're experiencing. I recommend resetting your modem to its factory settings and then reconfiguring it in bridge mode.
To perform a factory reset, please locate the reset button on the back of your modem. Using a sharp object, press and hold the button for approximately 10 seconds until the device restarts. For more detailed instructions, you can refer to this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do
After the reset, please access your modem's interface to reconfigure the settings. You'll need to change the network name and password, and then disable the Residential Gateway Function. Once you've completed these steps, you can set your modem back to bridge mode.
For detailed guidance on these processes, please consult these FAQ pages: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem and https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-i-use-my-own-wi-fi-router-fizz
