Travel add-on in Canada

My coverage zone for calls and texts is in Quebec only and I need to make a call to someone in Ontario. I have purchased a travel add-on that covers Canada, the 60 min plan for calls. I can see the travel add-on has been added to my account. However, when I try to make the call, an automated voice tells me that my plan doesn’t include the location I’m trying to call. Does anyone know what I need to do to make it work?

    Did you try to register on network by enabling airplane mode for a few seconds, or rebooting the device?

    You bought the wrong addon,
    Do you know that you can put the money in the fizz wallet?

    I have verified your account, and I can confirm that there is no travel add-on for calls currently active on your account.

    To purchase the travel add-on and enjoy calling without issues within the country, please follow this path: to buy a Travel Add-on, sign into your account and go under My plans > Manage plan > Travel. Enter Canada and choose the one that suits you. Your Travel Add-on will be activated as soon as you pay for it.
    Once purchased, you can use it immediately, and it will remain available until the end of your next payment cycle.
