Check under your Fizz account if you don't have a plan in pending state, you can do the procedure from the beginning.

Verifying your account, the transfer was tried on July 23, and there is no error message also it is not possible to retry it.
I have just made a ticket to our technical team to investigate further and provide us a solution.
