How to resubmit number port?

I trying to port my number from Speakout to Fizz, but after 10h not getting any text message from Speakout. I have to Speakout sim in my phone, still active. I think the problem is when I activated the Speakout I had an other phone, so actual IMEI not accepted? How can I resubmit the port request. Meantime I flound the Speakout PIN so maybe will work with that

    Check under your Fizz account if you don't have a plan in pending state, you can do the procedure from the beginning.
    If you have the plan, you need to contact the support https://fizz.ca/en/support

    Verifying your account, the transfer was tried on July 23, and there is no error message also it is not possible to retry it.

    I have just made a ticket to our technical team to investigate further and provide us a solution.
