Ordered phone was never delivered

I ordered a new phone and received a order number and was able to access the order history for a few days. However, I never received a confirmation email and my order has become inaccessible in the order history and I have not received anything.
What is going on?

Thank you for letting us know about this.
I verified your account, and I can see that the phone order you placed on July 12th was cancelled as the payment couldn't be processed. However, I can see that you managed to place another order today.
The payment for the new order was completed and your order is confirmed. You can see this in your Fizz account under My settings > Order history.

Talk to the customer service department. If you were not home at the delivery time you will need to pick it up personally from one of the headquarters of the delivery company.

Also, you may want to check your payment method. Did the charge for the phone actually go through?
