Can I change my plan if my account is suspended?

Thank you for letting us know about this.
I want to inform you that you cannot make any changes to a suspended plan. Any plan change request must be done before the freeze period. That means you have to request the changes at least 4.5 days before the end of your payment cycle.
You will have to reactivate your plan by completing the payment under My plans > Proceed to payment.
After your plan is active, you can submit a plan change request from your Fizz account under My plans > Manage plan > Change my plan. Changes will be applied after one month.

No you need to have a good stand plan and you need to be 6 days before the next billing cycle
