Cannot add TV plan

I recently got the basic Internet plan (30Mb/s). I now want to add a TV Plan.
I click TV Plans, select the Basic TV plan (7$ per month), click Choose this plan, then I click Next after selecting my home address, and then the site crashes. Either I get an error message and get redirected to the home page, where the UI seems bugged; or I get redirected to https://zone-tv.fizz.ca/checkout/tv-activation/channels?step=channels&cartId=...&UserType=Connected&lang=en, which is just a blank page, or the third thing that happens is an HTTP Error 405.
So, I never get to the page that allows me to select my channels, nor the checkout page.
Can anyone help me activating my TV Plan please?

Can you try to use the browser in private mode, and if you are using a VPN try to disable it
If this is not enough, try to contact the support https://fizz.ca/en/support0
