Still No SIM After 2 Orders

I ordered a SIM card twice. The first one never arrived. I contacted support last week, and they let me order a second one for free, but it’s been another week and still nothing.
I double-checked that my address is correct. I’m in Vancouver, living in a condo building.
Has anyone experienced something like this?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I suggest checking for a Circle K shop near you https://fizz.ca/en/participating-stores/sim-card as that way there won`t be any issues with the delivery companies.
Since we are using a 3rd party company and not a Fizz delivery company, accidents can happen as we apologize for the inconvenience.
