Got new promo Samsung Galaxy S24 last September and have not been able to activate monthly rebate.

Hi all, I have tried everything in the FAQ, chatting with the bot and troubleshooting, but nothing has worked. I have this message in orange telling me to activate my SIM card to automatically get my rebate. I entered my SIM card info; it was rejected. So, I downloaded an e-SIM and it took some configuring to get things to go back to normal. But the e- works and is recognised by my phone and FIZZ. Why is the message not going away and more importantly, not activating my 24 month rebate so my monthly bill goes from $38.00 to $8.00?

I verified your account, and I can see that the discount mentioned is not applied to any of your plans yet.
In order to associate the discount with one of the plans on the account, we will have to send a request to our dedicated department. In order to do that, we will need a few more details about the plan you want to use the discount for.
