why my perk 10G didn't work?

I found there is 10GB perk in my account ,and it is in used.
but I found it didn't work?
why? right now I cant use my data!

    I am sorry to hear that. 
    I have verified the account and indeed, the perk is active on your account. 

    Please restart the phone and test mobile data again, make sure the wi-fi function is turned off and try to go on Google or YouTube. If after the restart, the issue persists, please make sure your APN settings are correctly set. If you are using an android,  go to Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Access Point Names → APN and make sure your APN are set as it follows: 
    APN: mobile.bm
    MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
    MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
    MMS port: 80
    APN type: default,mms,supl

    If you are using iOS, make sure you have installed the latest iOS version. The network settings are updated if your iOS version is updated.

    I insert my sim card in my android phone and iphone , either of them does not work. and last night, I found my data was ended suddenly when I was using my data....
    I dont think that's the problem of setting up...
