Heyy for the last 5 months I have had a $1 off coupon and I have applied it but every month it says it will be applied the following month... This has been going on for 5 months now. I reached out to customer service and had a live chat with them last month about it and they said it would be fixed this month... And it was not. It says it will be applied in August now. But the person I spoke to last month confirmed it would be applied in July. Has this happened to anyone? What else can I do?

    Oh and I should have mentioned I already tried removing the reward and re-applying it to sort of reset it. It did not work

    This is a big you should ask a refund for the months that you lost that rebate therefore 5$ at least

    I already tried to reach out to customer service on live chat and they were not helpful at all
