Just opened a new plan with a new number and looking to port my existing number

I do understand that I will need to unsubscribe from the plan and that I can re-use the same Fizz card. However I need some more information prior to continuing. I plan to unsubscribe from the plan within five days.
- Once I unsubscribe from Fizz, how long will it take for changes to take into effect where I will be able to start a new plan again with the same SIM card?
- Will I be charged for the initial plan which I then subsequently unsubscribed from?
- Can I use the same email address again for my 'new' fizz plan?

Yes you can port your phone number on the same account creating a new plan
However you will not be able to use a referral code0 -

After making the necessary verifications in our tools, we were able to see that, you cancelled already the plan created on July 14th.
Since you were in the trial period, the cancellation was made right away and you also received refund for the payment you've made.
You can see the refund by accessing My Settings- Transaction History from your Fizz account.
Indeed, for the moment, at our company, it is not allowed to transfer a number using a line already activated therefore this is why, the solution was to cancel the first activation.
The SIM card was released as soon as the cancellation was made therefore, we noticed that it was already used for a new plan, phone number transfer.
From what we can see, the order is still not completed and in this case, we kindly suggest you to restart the phone.
