i forgot the password on my phone ,it was erased after 10 attempts how can i get my esim back

Depends on what password you forgot. Is it the phone lock password? Or is it the PUK on the Fizz e-sim? If it is the phone, you'd have to do a factory default reset. Some phones make erasing esims optional in factory reset so look for an option to not erase the esim. If it is the PUK or you can't recover your phone without losing the esim, you have to request a new esim profile from Fizz.
