I apologize for the issue.
I have verified and you currently have a plan change order in progress and you are also in the freeze period.
This is why the option for Advanced parameters is not available right now since you cannot make any changes to your plan while in freeze period.

Once the new payment cycle begins you will be able to access it without any issues.
