I applied to transfer to fizz from another carrier on July 1 and tried to port my number to fizz with porting out and I don't know if it's fizz's problem or my original carrier's problem but when I applied to port my number I didn't get the porting out text so I couldn't do the transfer and I opened a chat and a ticket and the ticket was issued on July 1 and now it's July 11 and they haven't answered me at all. I just want my money back, what can I do?
