New Customer - Caller ID has not displayed for any calls I've received

I am a new customer and none of the calls I've received since moving to Fizz have shown who is calling, just the number. It is impossible that every call that has come into me has blocked it from their end. I've called myself from my work cell and even that only shows the number and I do not have caller ID blocked on my work cell. Also, my condo buzzer rings to my cell phone and it always showed the name of my condo complex before I switched to Fizz. Now it only shows a number and I have no idea that it is someone at my door ringing the buzzer.

Yes, the caller name is not sent, so you will only see the number. If you want a name associated with specific numbers, you’ll need to add them to your phone’s address book. Then the phone will show the name that is finding in the phone's address book

This is perfectly normal and caller id is not blocked, you do get the number of the person calling.
It is your phone's job to match the number with a name by going through your contacts.
Two possible scenarios here:

• You come from Rogers/Fido. These do indeed display the name of an incoming call where available. In this case, you just have to adapt to the new situation and start maintaining a contacts list.
• You also moved to a new phone when moving to Fizz. In this case, you have to bring over your contacts from the old phone to the new.

Yes, Fizz only show phone number.

I kindly wish to inform you that for the moment we are not offering the Caller Id service therefore this is why you are seeing only the number.
You can save the phone numbers into your contact list in order to see their names displayed.
