I verified your mobile plan, and you should be able to make and receives calls without issues.

Please restart your phone and make sure that your device is configured to automatically select the Fizz mobile network. You can follow these steps:

Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Network Selection
