Does anybody know if fizz is available in Europe please?

    Hi, It's work only Texto and data.

    Hello Laura

    Fizz is available for canadian customer. If you are a client and travel in europe, you will have to use add-on for each country visited and only sms and data will be available, no voice. European plan with esim may be a better option.

    Fizz is providing data roaming only in Europe.

    In order to use it you will need a Travel Add-On that can be bought from My plans, Manage, Travel Add-Ons, select the country.

    Incoming texts are always free, whether you’re within your coverage area or not, and whether you opted for unlimited texts or not. You will be able to receive texts messages while roaming in Europe but unable to send them.
