RCS not working

I just got a new phone, the new Samsung A36 5g. Installed my sim card and since the last week, I'm still not able the have the RCS message working. Tried everything possible written on different forum and on Google web page. Reinstall everything, clear memory from Carrier and google Message, see if my number was OK, verify with google and my account. Still have the "non pris en charge" "not supported " message. Fizz is not helping anyone with this issue ?

    Hello Guilllaume,

    To be able to use RCS message with Fizz on Android, make sure that you have:
    -A mobile plan including text messaging and access to mobile data or Wi-Fi
    -A compatible phone on Android version 5.0 or higher
    -An updated Google Messages application

    If you encounter any issues, I recommend you to restart your phone, update the network settings also test the SIM card in another device that is compatible.
    The RCS service is offered by Google. To report a problem or comment on the service, you must therefore use the corresponding form in the Google Messages app.
