New Account - Have not received PIN for Voicemail

My number ported over yesterday but I did not receive a temporary VM PIN like the set up instructions said I would. I was able to figure out how to set a PIN through my account when logged in and the VM accepts the PIN when I call it but the VM isn't actually working. I called myself and it is still my greeting from the prior provider that comes on and Fizz VM tells me that I do not have any messages when I see that the messages I left came through (but somehow through my old provider (Telus) - no idea how that is happening).

I've double checked my plan and I do indeed have VM and unlimited minutes.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

    Initial PIN is 1234.

    It sounds like your number port may not be complete yet. How about incoming calls? Do they arrive on your Fizz SIM?

    Another thing to check are your call forward settings. "Dial" the following "number" to delete them all:

    Or contact the support https://fizz.ca/en/support since I believe that there is a delay or a problem with the phone number porting

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    Since you set a new PIN but still have issues I suggest that you reset your phone`s network settings ( each model has a different  setting that needs to be operated to do that so a quick google help can help in that regard ).
