My phone plan isn't working and is pending activation.

I provided the correct IMEI on my phone and the account number on the current provider to attempt to transfer my current number. Unfortunately, both ways didn't work. I have reached out to online support many times in two days. However, my problem still hasn't been resolved so far. I am just wondering if I could get a refund if the problem persists for a long time to not be fixed, as I will miss the last opportunity to transfer the number from my current provider due to the expiration of the current plan.
