I verified your account, and I want to inform you that a ticket was already escalated to our technical team regarding this situation. You can check the status of your ticket in your Fizz account > My settings> My Tickets. Also, a resolution from the ticket was already sent to you via email.
If the issues persist after following the steps received, please reply to the most recent email from us or contact us from the support page.

Do you use the original SMS application?
Do you have unlimited SMS or money in the fizz's wallet (only for ON and QC), or an addon
