Data not working/eSIM

I have just switched to Fizz and my data doesn't work. I checked the setting on my phone and doesn't look like has a problem, but not sure. The only thing that comes to my mind is that I can't install eSIM (when scanning the QR code, it says can't install the eSIM)... my calls and messages are working though. I appreciate it if you could help me.
