Thank you for letting us know about this.
I verified your account and I can see that you already used all the mobile data included in your monthly plan. You can see this in your Fizz account under My plans > Usage > Daily usage.
As I can see that a lot of data was using in a short period of time, I recommend checking out this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-telephone-is-using-an-usual-or-high-amount-of-data-why
If you need more data, I recommend trying your luck on the data gifting forum. You can do that here: https://forum.fizz.ca/en/categories/data-gifting
